The room was quiet, the staff friendly and pleasant, the bed extremely comfortable, and the location was fantastic with easy access to the city center and bars in a peaceful area.

Perfect location close to the Tram, adjacent to good restaurants, supermarkets, and the Arcaden shopping centre, making it convenient to get anywhere.

The room here was well organized and clean with its own private bathroom 🚿.

The breakfast here is delicious with a great variety of food options.

The building is nice, the rooms are spotless, equipped with tea and a kettle, and the beds are positioned by the window; the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Got a practical yet cheap room here with a nice bathroom. the bed was placed by the window, which was a nice touch. They even had a kettle for my convenience. the location was unbeatable, close to the old town, and the staff was excellent. 👍

The hotel is perfectly located, with both the railway station and tram station within easy walking distance. This makes it convenient for travelers coming from both the airport and other parts of the city. the friendly staff are always available to assist with anything you may need, providing excellent service throughout your stay. Being situated in the city center allows for easy access to a variety of restaurants and a large shopping center. the rooms are clean and tidy, offering a comfortable stay. the breakfast is also delicious, providing a great start to the day.

There is no elevator in the hotel which could be a challenge with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

I always return to this fantastic place. The staff helped me find great spots to visit the first time. It suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, valet parking, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. I can't wait to come back for Christmas.
